One of North America’s leading Alphorn blowers and composers, Jim Hopson hails from beautiful Vancouver, Canada. Blessed with virtuosity, creativity, and a contagious joie-de-vivre, Jim has thrilled audiences on four continents with his high-energy performances and genre-bending compositions. A dedicated educator and gifted communicator, Jim has presented thousands of workshops, clinics, and masterclasses for students of all ages and abilities. Jim also sings and plays trombone, tuba, and bass as a touring/recording member of The S-Bahn Band.
